WHO ARE WE AND WHAT IS OUR MISSION?
The company Dukin, urbana in ekološka oprema d.o.o. is a company established at the end of 2011 to contribute to sustainable development in the field of ecological solutions.
We are engaged in developing and producing equipment to address waste in households, tourist facilities, etc. In addition to waste management equipment, the company also develops and produces quality metal furniture for external use.
Our vision is that by 2030, one in every 5 households in Slovenia:
- will be preparing summer picnics in our summer kitchens,
- will store their bikes in DUKIN bike sheds,
- will put their waste containers in our waste enclosures.
… and to become an important provider at both European and global level.

ABOUT THE NAME
The name DUKIN is made up of:
- the Latin word DUX (leader) and
- first letters of the word INNOVATION.
The name DUKIN reflects our vision of becoming the leading provider in the respective field.
We constantly strive to raise standards and introduce innovative solutions in the market that contribute to environmental care and ensure simplicity and comfort at the same time.
The recognised trademark of Dukin d.o.o. consists of a symbol and logo. The symbol is associated with the initial letter of the company, i.e. D, which intertwines into an endless loop and illustrates the exchange of elements in nature, recycling of materials and cooperation. The green colour symbolises our link with nature and purity of the environment.
